Do This

Most people experience the same bottlenecks repeatedly but never collect enough observations to recognize the pattern.

We all have friction points:

- personal life
- family dynamics
- workflow systems
- communication
- decision-making
- business operations

Try this:
Take 10 minutes and write down 10–15 recurring frustrations, slowdowns, interruptions, or repeated problems.

Examples:
- delays
- workflow slowdowns
- decision fatigue
- recurring interruptions
- repeated conflicts
- operational friction

Then paste the observations into ChatGPT (or a similar AI tool) and ask it to identify:
- recurring friction points
- possible constraints
- dependency patterns
- operational bottlenecks
- the likely primary constraint
- one suggested structural change

What feels random often reveals a structural pattern once enough observations are collected in one place.

The longer you observe and document friction, the easier it becomes to identify the real constraint affecting the system.
